Is it possible that GSA Emily Murphy accidentally ate the certification????

I’m just trying to give her the benefit of the doubt for why she’s not doing her job and it seems like a plausible scenario. Maybe she did and is just a bit too embarrassed to admit it?

She should know it’s OK, we understand and forgive you. You can make another certification...no one will know!

She quite possibly ate the certification with the desk. Overweight civil servants cost taxpayers.
