(dems have thousands of 501c's who never disburse federal moneys that are meant to reach the public and not be used only to support paychecks of management - dems have been doing this since Bill Clinton, and it kills USA's ability to offer forgiveness and charity programs)

It wasn’t a research organization and unlike the Trumps he didn’t spend all the money on himself and get banned from running a charity ever again.
