OK trumptard, I'll try to explain it to you. Sorry if there are any big words.
Yes, there is no right to "vote by mail" in the constitution. States can, of course, grant the right to vote by mail, which a number of them have done in the past and more did in this election. When someone says that there is no right to vote by mail in the constitution, that does not mean that it is unconstitutional for states to allow voting by mail. There is nothing in the constitution that bans voting by mail.
I realize the above statement requires you to think some. I tried. I'm very sure you won't get it.
