Starting with oblabermouth and the occupy movement with the "rape free tents" they had to instal, all the way up to philly the past couple of days, how many billions of dollars have these "peaceful protests" by the leftards cost this country and how many people were murdered as a result? I say it's time we impose common sense regulations to the 1st amendment, starting with a nationally recognized permit for non felons and people not on unemployment/welfare.

This is simply as good idea for everyone.

Another law should be if you do not legally own property you can not vote.
Another law should be if you do not file a tax return you can not vote.

If anyone has good reasons why these are bad ideas let me know why.
