Like if some guy was a high ranking official and he kinda worked a side deal with a foreign spy agency to get some favors in exchange for some favors and he looks the other way on some national security issues, maybe gave up some bases and territory, maybe part of a country, and maybe kinda killed 250,000 Americans because he wanted to get re-elected instead of going to jail for the other stuff?
