They lawyered up (not the leisers this time, interestingly. Guess they're unhappy with that firm). Fifty grand later, they had wangled a court order to take the thing down.

Where can one see this alleged court order? Why would the video be taken down anyway? It actually wasn't that controversial if memory serves. It was truthful and contained Miz's public quotes that are all still here on the site.
