I understand that this Chinese virus is causing a lot of problems, but Congressman Connelly hasn’t been able, to get these installed at rest stops and other areas for people with IBS. I am leaving on a short business trip to Roanoke Va shortly. I wonder what kinds of challenges I can find for my bowels in the next three days as I recall they have Hardee's restaurants down there and that means thickburgers. My school Phillip Winslow II Prep has delayed campus move in until Sept 10th. Im really disappointed as it will mean I remain home with some really strange things going on. I still think that pushing my bowels to their limit keeps them exercised and will make them stronger. It seems that no matter what I eat I still have two complete and nearly effortless groan throne sessions a day, one shortly after I wake up and one in the late afternoon. I will admit that I am about 30 pounds overweight. I am heading home in the morning and am done working for the day now. I am waiting for a delivery of a pepperoni and mushroom pizza turnover and a large garlic-cheese bread now. That will make for a nice lunch.
