California govenrment and rich INTENTIONALLY CREATED THE HOMELESS PROBLEM and intentionally kept it going (ie, so they can continually claim "life is rough" for more federal funding)

man of the homeless are illegal aliens - but some are citizens who's family have been in california for generations

but mexico isn't helping pay the bill

and California democrats intentionally created the problem - saying on the record IT WAS A BENEFIT NOT A PROBLEM

not only are they clearly stealing - but they are still promoting chinese imports while they could, MORE EASILY THAN ANY OTHER STATE, be using labor to make products to export to other states to absorb debt. more easily than any other state.

(california is a railroad hub of products headed to east cost and is behind putting most products in most stores all across the usa - infact manages much of it from california homed franchises. it's easier for them to get products on the shelf than any other state - but they've used that power instead to take bribes from china and push american products OFF the shelf)
