The bridges is in a high populated area which is accessible from a road above and a new public park below.

The derailment WAS THE SECOND recent one on that very bridge, so obviously what caused the first was not resolved and has come back: destroyed the bridge, some cars, and almost killed persons "who were in the park nearby"
