but I do feel the code talkers should get more recognition,

IIRC, the US used Navahos in the Pacific, and Apaches in Europe.

The navaho language was not a written language, so even if the japanese figured out what language these people were speaking, there was no way they could send their intel people down to the library to pick up a book on Navaho.

They also used Basque code talkers in the Pacific. Would they use a similar native language in a future war? Hard to imagine with technology and limitless access to that sort of information.

We have lots of native speakers, and nobody else can understand it.

Before the U.S. used Navajos as code talkers in the Pacific during WW2 they used Choctaws at code talkers in France during WW1.

Synder would reject all names that have any connection to race, creed, or skin color. He should go with The Washington Express. He's owned by FedEx anyway so just jump all in and put their fucking logo on the helmets.

The Navaho language is very complex, it has about 100 words that express the word "to be", no one could break it. Code Breakers would be a great name.
