i believe G2 can't prove me wrong

I've totally turned wiki history on it's head and provent my facts.

the fact is TEXAS INSTRUMENT DEVELOPED AND USED LED OPTICAL COUPLERS (very popular to do projects with these in the 70's sold as kits, which had lenses, applied across distances sometimes with mini (led) light lasers - in the 1970's). GE (told by bell labs it was time), developed the PRACTICAL (compared to copper) telephone glass lines (25 miles in length, which became "cheaper than copper")

but before the GE amazing flexible cheaper glass line was THE OPTICAL COUPLERS hooked to all kinds of data gear, and their lenses

WHICH MEANS EVERYTHING WIKIPEDIA SAYS ABOUT FIBER OPTIC IS A DAMN LIE
