CHEAT BY MAIL - California, Virginia, dems, have been doing that at least since Obama.

In fairfax, mail-in ballots are printed in spanish, asian, muslim and mass mailed.

Also in fairfax is voter registration "van", where (who) can register (to vote by mail) without entering the "that other official voter registration place".

exactly how does "cheat by mail" change what democrats have been doing 10 or more years ? it doesn't

Last year, California was forced to remove 1.5 million ineligible voters after a court settlement last year when California's rolls showed a registration of 112 percent.

U.S. Election Assistance Commission indicates that roughly 28 million mail-in ballots have disappeared

28 million is "obvious". There were not 28 million who requested ballots and didn't send them in.

there probably wasn't 28 million illegal alien voters because California registers them as "legal aliens" as quickly as they say "i'm a democrat": FOR A PRICE

It costs about $3,000 - $5,000 to send a small piece of mail out to a County.

The whoever is the courier benefits from the "added business".

(meaning 28 million is likely a corrupt contract with a printing business. it ranks pretty low on the theft score rating.)
