another fun fact is if you bury them, while soils can "take care of bad bacteria", the do not do so quickly and not in many areas.
the fact is you can infect the soil and catch a disease from the soil years later
(systems that dispose of waste underground, called septic systems, work a special way (and some say never should have become mainstream as they often do NOT work) - i'll not get into that here)

after the first use they harbor extremely hazardous (according to international plumbing code) bacteria and or viruses
THIS IS MUCH BECAUSE they are not cleanable really, harbor bacteria, and made in china - anything they say about the product is a total lie, and the formula for material is a stolen USA formula for something completely different but cheapend

the black color is a new - the chinese figured they would get less "immediate demands for return" if the customers didn't see how gross it was and that it wasn't really re-usable. because democrats go by what they see, not by what they know.

(that is, you are to use hazardous waste or a toilet or properly connected cleaning sink, not regular trash NOR YOUR YARD for human waste, that the sanitation department is exposed to. diapers are an exception however there )
women SHOULD know better than to put dirty diapers in trash (some pick-up services demand it)
the fact it's from babies means nothing, as babies are born with viruses and the bacteria is, actually more active than adult waste not less (according the sewer system planning ratings of waters that fall into or out of the "grey water limits", and according to proper disposal of human waste)
in other words: if you "use your trash can as a place to take a dump" becasue your toilet doesn't work - THE JUDGE IS COMING TO GET YOU
do it because your a dumb millenial chick - they will turn a blind eye, hold their breath, and sue your pants off if they get your disease or some staff infection or what

here's another fun fact. many "muni" waste facility NEVER clean anything ever not for decades not in their life. people throw trash in the building spilling every kind of old milk and gew on the foor - it never gets cleaned up.
the GEW on the floor sticks to your shoes you drag it in your rug you can get diseaseS with an S that way.
they COULD, one day a week, clean the floor with clorox, like auto shops are REQUIRED to do (though, hiring all illegal aliens, none of the auto shops do that any more)
fact is, demcorat municipal governments are extremely corrupt and only care about what will get them a payraise - they don't give a damn about the mess they are creating or leaving in their wake
(so there are "rumors" that muni waste facility can "handle solid waste disposal" - none of the rumors are true. they are all convenient bullshitting the public for cash rip-off purposes)
