To participate you must have at least 10 years with the following past performance qualifications:

250 Acres under sustainable organic cultivation for food production year round
Produce at least 1 Ton of sustainable organic 2 Star Michelin restaurant quality Meat, Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Berries, canned/preserved natural foodstuffs per quarter
Process 1 Million of gallons of pure natural water per quarter without a well
Produce 500 gallons of biodiesel per year for tractors, trucks, heavy machinery
Produce 1000 gallons of beer, wine, whiskey, vodka, etc. per year
Produce 100 gallons of milk per quarter
Produce 1000 jars of pure natural honey annually
Produce 2,500 pounds of bread/baked goods per year
Produce 150,000 linear board feet of lumber per year in various sizes
Produce 100 cords of wood per year
Have a fully decked our physical fitness center
Produce 1 Megawatt of Off Grid/Renewable Power per day with zero negative impact on the environment or the views cape
Have sufficient waste management capabilities to safely process human and animal waste with zero negative environmental impact
Recurring annual net income after taxes of 1 Million US
