THE ONLY REASON "had to pay" for domain registration is because Network Solutions had an (airforce) contract to guarantee the government that the Registrant could be found and punched if they (posted lies) on their website.

Without consumer awareness of business in the picture, charging FEES FOR REGISTRATION IS FRAUD.

I want my free domain name and permanent IP if they are playing "that game".
