Who says the second pic of the general entrance couldn't have been pulled off of a public website?

No, it can't. Which means this photo is an original, taken by someone and uploaded only to this site, just like the first photo in this thread.

That sign on the door is hilarious. Didn't he realize that he was just a tenant and the management could enter the place any time they wanted? Furthermore he couldn't legally chase people down the stairs and out onto the street. Fucking idiot.
