Dark stools are a very bad sign - call your Dr. immediately. He will have you take a sample and send it to a lab. Colon cancer, liver problems - there are a host of issues you likely have. Can you tell us about your Body Mass Index or just provide your height and weight? If you are obese and inactive eating processed foods you are likely to die if you get Covid. If you avoid the virus you can look forward to being sick most of the time before your untimely death.

I said to CALL your doctor not rush to urgent care. Consult with your regular physician over the phone. He will likely have you order a home stool sample kit. When you get it follow the instructions. Your case is serious but not urgent at all. Unless your stools are black or bloody you do not need urgent care. Call your doctor. Get exercise. Show some self control eating.

My brother was a tireless advocate for the millions of people who deal with this medical issues, and will be remembered for his kindness and support to all.

I had some chicken with cashew nuts left over from Chinese delivery last night so I made a 5 egg omelette with it and added some cheese. It was damn good with hash browns and a bagel. My bowels are dealing with it.
