It's all a scam to prevent the election in November.

Adam Schiff knew about the Chinese virus but decided to not warn Americans and instead to focus on the bogus, failed impeachment attempt to overthrow an American election.

The anti American liberal congress wanted a major epidemic to happen to prevent the elections from occuring in November.
