Why is my mortgage company emailing telling me that they are here for me during this time, but not postponing all payments until 2021???

I have no issues making my payments. It’s just weird they’d send me this email as if to say “we’re here for you, but don’t you dare ask for any sort of relief.Lol. Just lol.

The President will be at work so will Congress to pass emergency laws , the DOD and other necessary federal agencies your guess which ones will be open , all other govt agencies state and local as well as schools other then public safety on shorter hours or closed
Most people will be advised to "Shelter In Place" or stay home inside holed up going out only for necessities
Police fire and EMS services will be manned 24/7 hospitals will be open 24/7 visitors may have very short periods to see loved ones. Doctors will see patients so will Dentists and other medical care providers with extra precautions to keep them and patients safe
Some drugs people need that have ingredients or are made in China may be in short supply . Most drugstores will stay open as that may be mandated by law

Food stores will be open also mandated by law but they may be stocked only with necessities, beer and wine will not be considered necessary and may be out of stock .
Gas stations will be open mandated by law , most people will be staying home so gas supplies will be good after the initial rush to get somewhere to stay until the virus subsides
Banks may have to allow late mortgage and other payments as well as landlords , they may not be able to "catch up " other then raising payments spread over a several year period by law
Resturauants may be ordered to provide carry out foods only , as crowds eating may pose problems
7-11's and other convenience stores will be open supplies will be in short supply
All other stores may have short hours and laws may limit how many customers can be in the stores at once to keep people separated , It is possible that stores may be locked and only a couple people at a time may be allowed entry to buy needed emergency items that will be listed by law
Courts will be in session , it is possible that certain minor crime's may be not prosecuted such as weed possession , civil matters will be placed onto future dockets , violent crimes will be prosecuted , it is possible people who commit violent crimes may see the constitution suspended as they will be thrown into a cell and dealt with as can be in the situation, beware of committing violent criminal acts !
Water plants and sewer treatment systems, electrical power , telephone service workers will be on the job 24/7 by law as it is now, employees will be considered essential service people the same as medical and public safety and may be allowed certain exemptions from curfews and other rules passed by law
Non RX needed medical items may be in short supply deepening on the product, aspirin will be prioritized as well as first aid products as well as personal hygiene products
Fresh meats all seafood and poultry will be in short supply
Milk cream half and half and all dairy products the same
Fresh veggies out of stock
Box and canned goods should be available
Cleaning product paper products may be short
Bottled water supplies will be overran but water systems should be in working order
The next three months may be bad people if worse comes to worse hang inn there all
