The same reason anybody works for a guy who claims to rich. They think being friends with rich people will make them rich.

I've grown up in wealth and many of my friends have multi-millions families. You should see all the dumb fucks that kiss the asses of rich people. All you have to do is mention that you sometimes take a private jet places with friends and women beg to suck your dick.

The part poor fucks don't get is that rich people love to abuse the fuck out of these want to be peasants with no intention of keeping them around. We even got some dumbfuck to pay our $800 bartab one night because he wanted to "look rich."
