I work in a Federal Building. The amount of money, resources and time spent coming up with posters, email, videos and events so that there is literally something to do with Black History EVERY SINGLE DAY is ridiculous. What do these people do on a regular basis? What tasks are being ignored so they can play MAKE NICE WITH THE BLACK FOLKS? Employees are allowed to bill to go to all these Black History events as well, and they milk the shit of them; getting there early, staying after. All for what?
