few peopel realize it but politicians from (his generation) - they hire people who all they do is study how to rip off the public

their job is to apply to "every federal program possible" - to steer as much federal grant money into the area as possible

the grants themselves are often corrupt - meaning they are handed to democrats and whether or not the "intention of the grant was completed" is never checked up
