Healthcare costs in the U.S. are almost double those of other affluent countries, yet the U.S has lower life expectancy and higher infant-mortality rates than other advanced nations. Mike’s solution builds on the Affordable Care Act to achieve universal health coverage while substantially reducing healthcare costs and expanding access to health services.
