One worker was killed and five others injured — two of them seriously — when the third floor of an under-construction Bronx building collapsed Tuesday, according to authorities.

E. 208th St. collapse

The third floor of the new building at 94 E. 208th St., near Steuben Avenue, was overloaded with concrete masonry blocks, which caused it to collapse onto the second floor around noon, according to a preliminary investigation by a DOB inspector.

in general, it is NOT true heavy things can go on floors in tall buildings

(the building super has to approve _everything_ anyone does in those buildings)

These clowns fucked up trying to load too much block at one time. More than likely a Trump or Kushner owned property behind schedule and being pushed so they could move tenants in and start getting rent payments.

Trump is an idiot and Kushner is a jew so there's a recipe for disaster right there. As for the injured and killed workers, they were illegals and weren't going to get paid anyway so they are better off.
