There won't be a protest on this Government contract award.
Who could possibly say this looks suspicious or merits closer scrutiny? It's all right there in the Request For Proposals, the multiple competing bids, the competitive analysis, the third party source selection, etc.

Never got the solicitation. Wasn't allowed to bid. Illegal contract award. Will be protested. Contract award will be automatically suspended a minimum of 90-100 days.

Yeah right. Even if it really is “at cost” (which it probably isn’t according to the FAR regulations) that doesn’t mean it’s cheaper than other options.

I seriously doubt a place like Trump’s golf club is going to have a certified accounting system that meets all the standards of segregating & allocating costs so that they can do cost-reimbursable business “at cost”. He’s probably just giving the government some kind of discount on the rack rate and saying it’s “at cost”, when it really isn’t and contains so many unallowable costs it would never pass a DCAA audit without flagging some serious pricing defects.
Trump telling anybody this is a good deal is completely laughable. He might as well offer to sell trumptards some swampland while he’s at it. This is Trump keeping his business afloat on your dime. Using the power of his office to pay himself out of the tax coffers. Plain and simple.
