Thanks again Mr Obama....gas prices near 6 year high

Lets see what happened 6 years ago?.......Hmmmmmm.......something happened but what was it?.......Hmmmmmmmm. Oh yes! Obirdbrain was elected president.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-06-17/gasoline-at-u-s-pumps-set-to-hit-six-year-seasonal-high.html

If I recall, presidents always take credit when the price of gas drops. But when it goes up....... somehow its BUSH'S FAULT AGAIN.

"“If things deteriorate even more, the spike could be even bigger than that,” Phil Flynn, a senior market analyst at Price Futures Group in Chicago, said by telephone. “If it weren’t for the situation in Iraq, gasoline would be coming down by now. This will probably keep it elevated all summer. It’s really disappointing"

The gas price high came in 2008 when Bush was President. Prices quickly fell later that year because the economy was going to hell.

So are you saying we should be thanking the Messiah for $3.75/gal? The economy still is in hell but gas has gone back to where it was in 2008.

And there's that Bush excuse yet again. You Libs never quit do you?

We gained 900,000 new net private sector jobs in the past four months. That's better than any stretch of job growth during the Bush years.

When the economy was falling apart in 2008/9, we were losing many hundreds of thousands of jobs per month. It was the worst since the Great Depression.

How to you talk to people like the OP. He doesn't even know that presidential elections are held in November and that the president doesn't take office until January of the next year. Seriously, how do you have a discussion with someone like that.

Reasonably good. Best jobs numbers since 1999. Dow near record highs.

We're not losing 700,000 jobs per month.

Then can you provide a resonably clear explanation why there are more people living in poverty, sustaining life only thru ADC and SNAP, and people not working, than in any time in history?

Thanks to Obama I made hundreds of thousands of dollars in the stock market and so did other educated and intelligent citizens. I think we can handle some higher gas prices.

Shit, I'll take Obama $3.75 over Bush $5 gas any day! Especially ten years later with inflation.

What better is that Americans are reducing the amount of gas they consume by using more hybrids and electric cars. SO fucking ARABS can go suck the big one with their oil!
