Updated information about the user "Ghost"

It is now known that William Moreno is not behind the "Ghost" name after all. It has been Michael Basl this whole time. This takes me back to that conversation between Monique, Michael, and TJ. In this conversation, it was thought that Monique gave the password to ghost to Miz. Michael was playing mind games like the pathological liar he is. He was in fact the one who changed the password to the account and took it over.

Nope. Not eeah, not in Richmond, and that's not the IP that was posted from. But there is someone else in Richmond at VCU...
