Don't let that chart FOOL YOU.

Blacks were still doing LOTS OF DRUGS early 1990's and also refusing to educate.

Infact during Bill Clinton "EBONICS" became a known term, a black teacher claimed blacks should not have to read white books or speak the language and legitimed things like "asked a question" in ebonix should be spelled "axed a question" - for grading purposes of blacks being graded

HOWEVER DON'T LET THAT FOOL YOU, teachers were attacked by black students, they didn't bring their books to class, they refused to get educated unless forced AND

THEY WERE DOING ALLOT OF DRUGS

those statistics aren't due to failure of whites to allow blacks to work ...

they are due to allot of smack mouth and drug use and refusals to learn
