Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Treated Again For Cancer

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has just completed three weeks of radiation treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, the U.S. Supreme Court disclosed Friday.

The radiation therapy, conducted on an outpatient basis, began Aug. 5, shortly after a localized cancerous tumor was discovered on Ginsburg's pancreas. The treatment included the insertion of a stent in Ginsburg's bile duct, according to a statement issued by the court.

When President Trump won the 2016 GOP presidential nomination, he did so under a tacit agreement: Should he win the presidency, he would appoint as many conservative judges and SCOTUS justices as possible. And with the GOP firmly in control of the Senate, there wouldn't be much to stand in his way.

The arrangement has been incredibly successful so far: Trump has appointed two new conservative justices, as well as dozens of conservative judges. Now, American conservatives must double-down on their support for Trump (which shouldn't be hard given his massive popularity among Republicans) or risk losing a Supreme Court seat.

That's an overall average including a lot of otherwise healthy younger people, not a frail old woman who weighs 90 lbs and is in shaky health to begin with.

RBG is a hack who interprets the constitution as a living breathing document. Written law has yes meaning and is bent to the will of anyone reading the word.
