Michale isn't going to jail. What will happen is a judge will eventually get tired of running around this shit storm and give the group community service for wasting the courts time and it will probably shake out like this:

The Moreno fuck tard will get sent away to an asylum for the rest of his life and because of his retardation will be forced to undergo a lobotomy and castration due to his sexual preferences toward children.

I only hope that when the white coats administer the lobotomy they don't use anesthesia and they drill deep to make sure they don't miss anything.
