IN THE 1980'S and 1990's IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR EMPLOYERS TO CALL YOUR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER (Reagan era law), and impossible (moreso impractical) for employers to check your legal record.

THEN CAME THE INTERNET, WHEN FALSE CHARGES BECAME GLOBALLY ACCESSIBLE TO EMPLOYERS.

a person in the 80's, 90's sculpted their legal exposure by the law. do i need to fight this bogus charge? no the law is employers cannot access false charges.

but in 2000's many things which were NOT A FACTOR IN EMPLOYMENT by law suddenly became an industry selling ILLEGAL AND UNTRUE DIRT - and illegal industry of piling dirt on certain individuals (usually, in fairfax, republicans). in some cases the companies were caught adding dirt - completely fabricated dirt. those companies were never penalized they are still in business

instead of following the Reagan era laws protecting employees from employers using false information to screen employment

the Clinton generation hired illegal aliens, used courts to pile charges not even attempted to be proven on certain individuals, AND FUNDED BUSINESSES to sell fake dirt information to employers as "a database of who not to hire" (obviously, anyone that voted for reagan would be in that DB with fabricated dirt in the record)

government exposed millions of denizens to ILLEGAL digital stalking without any way for those individuals protected by reagan laws to protest the sudden flip from "no one can see false charges against me" to COMPANIES ARE SELLING DIRT DATA TO EMPLOYERS who ultimately want to hire illegal aliens anyway.

Democrats marked certain peoples records with false charges no evidence promoted families to do these.


Meanwhile democrats used law to protect privacy of illegal aliens and anything political families were doing / spending.

the issue of fake and elevated charges being brought into court with ZERO EVIDENCE, perhaps fake claims by past employers too

all of this hard to access $$$ to employees looking for work, being used to PERMANENTLY STAIN records is still being done. infact this dirt goes into medical records too - that is a different story.

the court knows very well that getting a case "removed" is meaningless since the records are not kept by them - they are kept by companies like "lexus nexus"


however - the 80's generation is screwed. they were guaranteed by law none of the unverified untrue dirt in the courthouse would ever reach ears of potential employers
