Trump is remaking the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The Senate just confirmed another of Trump's appointees, bringing the number of GOP judges to 12 vs the 16 that were appointed by Clinton and Obama. There is one remaining vacancy that Trump will fill sometime over the next few months.
