Sexually active women capable of reproduction should be regulated by the Federal Government. Period. Women dont even know they are pregnant for up to 6-8 weeks. How is it ok for sexually active woman to drink, smoke, ride motorcycles, skydive, mountain bike etc.? Fetuses have rights just like any other human. Women should be allowed to have sex then drink 3 glasses of wine and cause brain damage to the unborn fetus? Nope.

All women of childbearing age who are sexually active need to be made to protect potential fetuses - how else can we protect the rights of the fetus? And lets get real, the enforcement needs to have teeth - you wouldnt let a new mom get away with getting a 2 week old baby shit-faced drunk you would lock her up. So lock up any woman that drinks. Oh, and men that allow women to drink or engage in risky behavior at any time - jail.

Lets get real about protecting ALL God's children.
