Why didn't the judge immediately refer Basl for prosecution for false charges and perjury?

That's what we'd like to know. Immediately after my son's acquittal on Basl's false charges, our lawyer went to the Va Commonwealth Attorney to ask that perjury charges be brought against Basl. The Va Commonwealth Attorney refused to prosecute though it was abundantly clear that Basl had committed perjury and filed false charges.

Yes, and people on the autism spectrum characteristically misunderstand social interactions and have distorted communication skills, ie., they frequently do and say (in this case write) inappropriate things. Although having an online forum might afford a way for people with autism, who often have great difficulty face to face, to interact socially, the pitfalls are numerous and unpredictable. Should be monitored by a rational adult.

Exactly; people with autism spectrum disorders are especially vulnerable to this kind of forum because they feel they can make "friends" without the discomfort of face-to-face interaction. Unfortunately my son was an adult (chronologically) at the time and, even if I'd known about his participation on Fairfax U-Cesspool, there would have been nothing I could have done to stop him. I do not condone those posts my son made in years past, but NOTHING he wrote gave Basl license to do the things he did to us OFF-LINE. And neither I nor my family had done anything to this guy.

In none of his post did Misery mention his autism, if he would have perhaps things would have been different. He mentioned everything else though.

Basl admitted to a loudon detective that he drove to the Moreno home to mess with their car.

Basl admitted to Wells, which she testified to under oath in a deposition, that he SWATed the Moreno home and he also told Wells that he tried to frame Moreno for death threats.

This is why Giroux claimed he prays to God you never reenlist because you are scum. when he asked my why I thought you did this I responded "he is a self loathing closeted homosexual from what I gather." To which the prosecutor said "you think" very facetiously. He also said you have a insane need for power which is why he took it from you when he prosecuted you on the case by reading my criminal record to the judge before you could. Then he got a conviction against you because they all think you're so innocent.

Basl is guilty as sin. A civil trial will go very bad for him. With everything else eesh has done since the papers were served on this suit (swearing a false warrant, witness intimidation with Lizzie, posting Megan's nudes, then all the texts that he sent that were screenshotted) all that adds up to one very warped individual who must always have the upper hand and seek revenge.
Remember, civil trials don't need reasonable doubt.

There is no evidence, at all. A pipe breaks in winter time? Blame it on a boogeyman.


When I was first served the suit in January, I went up and consulted some attorneys in the Fairfax area. They checked to see if there was any conflict of interest, they all had received calls from the Morenos; none of the lawyers wanted this case.

The lawyer they have now is the only one that was willing to take their case.

I think his obsession with interacting with people on this forum in real life is also a sign of mental problems. I mean, who in their right mind would want to hang out with the regular posters on this forum? I just hope that he never tries to kill someone. I mean, if he had completely given up on life and gotten to the point where he'd be willing to get killed by the police or spend decades in jail over murdering people on this forum, then why would he care about trying to straighten his real life out? I also wanted to add that further proof of eesh's mental problems is his complete lack of sympathy for the shit that he put the Morenos through.

As much as I despise 99% of the people on here (including misery), I'd still feel like complete shit if I ever directly encouraged them to commit suicide or if I somehow harmed the lives of their family.

Eesh gives absolutely no fucks about the obvious turmoil that he's putting these people through. He seems to think that it's absolutely hilarious that misery tried to slit his own wrists as a direct result of stalking him. The protective order didn't go my way because I wasn't about to LIE and say you had ever threatened my life. That's what those types of protective orders were for. But no one is worried about that, it wouldn't have stopped you from stalking or harassing me. And I only hung out with him because I felt sorry for him and knew how lonely he is and this was also before I knew he tried to have William murdered so...forgive me for trying to have compassion for someone even after all the shit he did to me and my family.

And he keeps saying I made up the story about what he told me after paint was thrown on my truck. Yeah, because I told him I wouldn't tell anyone as long as he didn't fuck with my family again. Yet, the day after he was supposedly swatted, there's paint on our truck, the same truck Michael Basl had a jealous, poor people obsession over, posted about wanting it destroyed and two days after he realized where the truck was, the first act of vandalism happened.

I've lived there for 17 years, we've owned that truck for 14 years and NEVER had ANY sort of thing happen like this until Michael Basl of 8106 Strath Road came by at 3AM.

Also, the fact that I texted my mom and told her that same day Michael Josef Basl told me what he did and that I didn't know what the fuck to do. I would be up all knight, struggling with this shit. Because I knew what it was like to be falsely arrested and it freaked me out knowing he tried to have William killed, I was scared of what he would try to do to me, and LOOK at what has happened to me since I came forward.

He called the girl he knew LIED on me and had me falsely arrested once and had her do it again three times.

And admitted in court that he called her and met up with her.

Yeah, I'm crazy, I'm delusional, paranoid, whatever you say. I, and so many other people know the truth about Michael Basl and now the world knows and I'm quite very happy with the results of this article.

Since there are already videos or still pics in existence of William and Sharon outside the residence of M.D.Wells,as an unwelcome visitor, if user named "cunthurt shackwhore" is a Moreno or associate of, any further contact is not recommended and ill advised.
