Laredo, Texas

CBP and the Army have removed barbed wire from the border in Laredo, Texas.

The reason was that the city officials said it was negatively affecting commerce.

However, commerce there is supposed to go through the legal border crossing with Nuevo Laredo.

This story is mainly reported by liberal outlets such as ABC; it seems that Brietbart and FOX consider it a setback for Trump, not to be mentioned.

My question is: Why is the economy of Laredo, Texas impacted by enforcing border protection in the form of barbed wire? What critical "commerce" is impacted when people sneak over the border, as opposed to going through Customs?

Why isn't FOX reporting on this, and asking questions?
Why did CBP and Trump cave on this issue?

WTF is going on with all that?
