the general tech tip is ignore tech news and buy when a product has been on the shelf for a year, unless you really gots the money
why is because the first units produced go the people with the most money: so initial prices are supposed to be high
intel uses the same model selling it's products. it's the best way / not subsidized

by the time you find a seller that has a "good rating" (not sending used or dead phones or nothing at al with refund hassle)
