You forget the most important part. A trial, where the prosecution must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, or the defendant goes free and the prosecutor looks like an idiot. Without the trial part, anyone screaming for Mueller (or Clinton, or Obama, etc.) to be locked up is just making noise.

Have never said Kavanaugh should be locked up. I believe that Kavanaugh proved during his hearings that he was an entitled elitist who believed he was owed the seat on the court. What was even worse was that Republicans didn't give a shit whether or not he was/is a rapist. They just wanted another Citizens United judge on the court.
