Actually this guy has a sad story. He suffers from a rare condition knows as Pneumoniae. When he was young, his mother told him he was worthless and abandoned him at a hospital. This case will not result in a death sentence for either defendant. It is charged as first degree (maximum sentence: life imprisonment) rather than capital (maximum sentence: death penalty).
