They don't arrest you unless you're an asshole or blitz drunk. I've been tested twice. The first cop told me "Be very careful driving home." The second cop told me "Park it and car Uber, you're done driving this evening."
The third time the cop just ran my license and let me go with a warning for a tail light

You're right, this is the problem. You get these stupid shithooks who KNOW they've had too much to drink, but still want to argue with the popo. NO, you DUMBSHIT. If the popo tells you to park the car and you are done driving for the evening, you say "Yes, Officer; Thank You Officer; That is correct, Officer; I am done driving for the evening". The most argument that you give him is "Is it allright if I call a FC Yellow Cab instead of Uber, Officer? I really don't like Uber X and there's no Uber Taxi in the suburbs," He will tell you to call anything that you like as long as you don't drive it.
Some people you can't cut a break or help because they won't take the break you're trying to give them.

This guy is correct. Maybe a cop or a lawyer? Either way if you drive after you've been drinking ANY amount you are an idiot. Not getting in that car and driving off is the easiest thing in the world to do. Drink all you want but DO NOT drive afterwards.

I just take Uber if I'm out party. It only costs me about $10. I consider the $20 round trip cost part of evening expenses. Plus it's easier to pickup chics when I'm drunk and their drunk. The chic doesn't have to worry about getting in the car with a drunk guy.

I was in Fairfax city one at a party about a year ago. We left and followed two other cars over to another party. It was two o'clock in the morning. We ignored a left turn sign in front of cop. He turned down the side street and pull over the first car and block the street so the other two cars couldn't pass. He got out of his car and immediately got the licenses of the two drivers he blocked.
Three more cop cars showed up and tested all three drivers. Asked us where we were going, where did we come from, how much to drink, eye test, walk test.. They then joked with about having made the left turn at the sign. Said "You guys know better than that, Christ I was right there! What did you expect?"
They didn't even write us a ticket for the illegal turn. They were more concerned about if we were sloppy drunk or on drugs. We had been drinking but not hammered.
Three more cop cars showed up and tested all three drivers. Asked us where we were going, where did we come from, how much to drink, eye test, walk test.. You think I just had one drink doesn't work, try telling them you just got done working at a bar. Some cops are just doing their jobs. Others are assholes on power trips or trying to run up their numbers.

If you really did have 1 beer or 3 if your big
190-210 lbs takes 3 in a hour to get to .08 then it takes time to get to the BAC test
Women 120 lbs 2 can get you in trouble in a hour but thy still have to get you to the test
Without any lip to the cop If your drunk .10 and over your F'ed
At .09 there may be time.. for a low blow lol
