eesh's latest arrest, and the one a few weeks ago, are related to violating the protective order against the Morenos. The first time he supposedly waited for them in a parking lot and honked his horn at them. This most recent one, he supposedly created an account here named "starban" which is Moreno's cat to harass William. Part of the protective order states that eesh can't post about them online.

eesh is in jail for violating the protective order that the Morenos put on him. In one incident he allegedly followed the Morenos in his car, honked the horn and flicked them off in the courthouse parking lot. He was arrested and spent 4 days in jail before being bonded out in early March. His trial date for that is this Wednesday. On March 26 he was arrested again for violating the PO. This time it was for posting a picture of Misery back in February (but still after the PO had been put in place) under an alleged eesh alt account; Starban (which is actually the name of Misery's dead cat). Because the PO stated that eesh can't engage or post about the Morenos online that was a violation.

So back to jail for eesh on March 26. This time he was denied bond and told he would have to stay locked up until his trial on May 4 or 5. In all he is facing 5 counts of violating the PO.

In addition to all of that there is this business with some prank calls that Sharon Moreno claims to have received back in November. They believe eesh and/or TJ Sadler were behind those. Supposedly, TJ is now making a deal that he will testify against eesh in exchange for immunity. This is all very murky though from an outsider's view. Who knows what exactly is up with that.

One thing is for sure; eesh fucked up big time. Leiser/Morenos are looking to nail eesh any chance they get.

Oh, there is the whole civil lawsuit which is coming up in October of this year. It is scheduled to be an 8 day jury trial. That will be a massive shit show likely covered by several media outlets. Many of FFXU's finest will probably testify there.
