I own a contracting company with my brother-in-law. We've been in business for over 25 years serving the greater DC area. We've even done projects for local and federal government. We've won numerous awards and have been praised by clients countless times for our work. Several people in the industry have asked "what's your secret". I tell them it's very simple, we have one rule and one rule only; don't hire niggers. We've managed to do business our entire time without letting niggers lay a single brick and in my view, that has been the "secret sauce" to our success.
About three months ago, my brother-in-law came to me and told me that due to President Trump's efforts to discourage migrant workers was depleting our workforce and he believed we needed to start "relaxing our standards" by hiring negros to do some of the work. I was vehemently against the idea, but after looking at the numbers, we were hurting and had so many contracts to fulfill and desperate times come for desperate measures as you may well know.
So we got the word out, Tim in accounting talked to his weed guy who lives in Franconia and Steve the risk manager talked to his black wife's cousin in Baltimore to get the word out about our hiring. It didn't take long for every Delante, Tyrone and Javon in the area to come out of the woodwork looking for fucking work. I found it completely unremarkable when I had found out that 3/4th's of the guys coming to interviews were ex cons. Many had virtually know experience doing this kind of work but I figured they'd do for now.
Worst business decision I've ever made. Most of these guys show up to sites at minimum 15 minutes late. They take 6-7 smoke breaks a day, fuck around on their phones taking Instagram pics and are more interested in oggling every white and Latin woman who walks by. Since we brought niggers into the fold, we've been behind schedule and slightly over budget the last 3 projects. I've had to replace equipment because these Neanderthals don't pay any attention during training and I've started losing bids for contracts with long time customers. I'm never hiring niggers again.
