I know how most people on here feel about the Mueller probe and "collusion", but let's suspend reality for a moment to discuss what would happen next if Mueller were to find compelling evidence of "collusion" between Russia and the Trump camp and decided to press forward with court proceedings against Trump. Would Trump have to come in for a formal interview first, would Giuliani represent him in court, how long would it take for the case to go to court?

Simple. Trump will pardon himself and all parties involved. There is nothing to stop him from doing such. Libs will howl at the moon at it's "unconstitutionality", but despite there being no precedent for a precedent pardoning himself, it isn't illegal.

This is what has the deep state so frustrated. All their plans are backfiring. Mueller is getting desperate and he may be in legal jeopardy as well. Collusion is not a legal term. Its conspiracy that's at issue here. And there is ample evidence already in the public domain that conspiracy did take place and a endless effort to conceal said conspiracy.

His son wanted to collude when he met with that Russian woman about 'adoption'. We don't know if there were other opportunities that they acted upon and how much Trump himself was involved....

OP is confused - collusion is not illegal so there would be no court case. I very much doubt Mueller is interested in Trump Sr. - indicting a sitting POTUS is not likely. Ahh but the kids - they are in play for sure. Obstruction and conspiracy are Felonies and are evidence in fact at this point. This is all about making a case to the Congress not Justice Dept.
In the end its likely the Congress will just shrug at the illegal acts by the first family. The 'everybody does it' excuse will usher in a new era of increased corruption in presidential elections. No one seems to care very much.

If that report is not loaded with evidence, the voters will be P.I.S.S.E.D.; think about it, millions of dollars and nothing to show for it. More Democrats will be leaving their ranks for another party.
