China threatens Apple computer over tariffs, saying it can kill off Apple like it has other USA industries EASILY

China says it builds Apple iPhone and Trump tariffs may move them to blackmail Apple: to raise prices or even to stop building iPhones and make chinese copies of them.


Apple has been saying for years it will bring more jobs to USA and that it's total reliance upon Asia had lead to BLACKMAIL.



I have full confidence Apple, Intel, Cisco, Broadcom, Qualcommm, et al can make these phones in the case the threats are followed forward with.

I can keep using my current phone for a decade no problem, if i'm healthy.

meanwhile: china phones that don't run microsoft CE (andriods) are full of patent problems (theft from AT&T unix) and no where near as friendly and usable as iPhones are. (china runs a risk of being on the bleeding edge of technology: running android os, and being the second choice on the shelf if it can't compare to apple as far as user preference)

of course China could appeal to DNC democrats inside USA to buy only andriod OS phones and asian cars: we all know democrats are already doing that

Good, let them do it. Then American companies will know better than to invest in a Chinese supply chain. A lot of cheap labor in the world. Doesn't need to be Chinese if they insist on cheap labor.
