Avenatti's request comes several weeks after a California judge issued a 90-day pause on Daniels' lawsuit against Trump and his lawyer, Michael Cohen. Daniels is suing the two men, as well as Essential Consultants, Cohen's shell company, to try to nullify a 2016 hush agreement that sought to prevent her from speaking out about her alleged affair with Trump. Cohen paid Daniels $130,000 in exchange for her silence.

Trump won't be deposed.
Daniels has violated the terms of her agreement, Trump can sue her. He can probably just get a default judgment.
Daniels lawyer is a bigger whore than she is. He is millions of dollars in debt and haunted by creditors and in risk of being disbarred. CNN gives him a platform because it's interesting news and it gives Trump hating nobodies hope and keeps them tuning in.
Daniels will end up suing this attorney or vice-versa.

Trump will be deposed. I don't understand why the orange buffoon doesn't drop the case. Hes already admitted to everything after lying about it. And it set off the Cohen raid. Its funny to watch though. Trumps dumb ass is his own worst enemy. A president that can be so easily baited. Its better that hes being baited into petty fights domestically than with foreign leaders.

Trump wasn’t party to the agreement. David Dennison was. It doesn’t list Stormy Daniels as a party either. And Mr. Dennison didn’t sign the agreement, so it’s not even valid.

Trump did shell out the settlement money through a third party and it was accepted. Not good for her.
Interesting legal dilemma that will be settled in court.
One would suspect that requires both parties to appear in depositions unless it is settled out of court.
The defamation thing is another issue. Not good for Trump. Trump is on record - video, audio, and in writing. And then there are the Trump Twitter posts.
