It took a strong hand and a tough stance. None of this Bush/Obama/Clinton bullshit worked.
Six months ago, liberals in California and Hawaii were soiling their diapers and sure that Trumps "escalation" would end up with a nuclear war. They hated the rhetoric, the "Rocket Man" and the "my buttons bigger" insults.
Now the world is a peaceful place.
Just like when Reagan told the commie to "tear down this wall", certain elements of the press and academia catterwalled like little girls.
This is how it is done gentleman. Well played Mr. Trump!

Like two months ago Kim Jong Un was threatening to nuke Guam, now all of a sudden it’s 180 to peace & love.
Sorry, i’m not buyin it.
There’s a 60 year history of brutality, a closed border that’s armed to the teeth, a dictator that’s executed his own family, widespread starvation, and millions of political prisoners.
This stuff don’t end overnight.
Sure, it’s a sign, a step in the right direction, and Trump played a role. But you’re out of your mind just blindly trusting these North Koreans are suddenly peace-loving good guys.
Time will tell that.
