I think they are too stupid to understand that taking money from someone is the same as being 'paid' Dont mean to support the racist views often expressed here but they seem to come from a place where payment for work other than an hourly paycheck from an employer may be a foreign concept to them. 'didnt do nuffin' rule in full force on this one.

That latter scenario’s actually plausible too given the flagrant mismanagement Trump seems prone to.
