Trump supporters are in for a yuge let down when they realize Gorsuch isn’t as conservative as they thought he was. He’s actually pretty centrist politically. Obama and other middle of the road democrats don’t have much of a problem with most of his views. Trump supporters were hoping he’d help stem the tide of immigrants, but they are learning that won’t happen at all.

In real terms, yes. Obama is considered one of the centrist "new democrats" that sprung up after George HW's presidency. Wall Street made record profits during his presidency and was very pro business. He also deported more illegals than any president in recent memory. Even more than Trump. He's also killed more terrorists than Trump. He still didn't go far enough IMO culling illegals and pulling the US out of the Middle East.
