WMAL hostile bid takeover - prononces "application for new ownership" by new 'unknown investor group'

could democrats have used tax money to do a hostile take-over of the ONLY republican voice in DC area? they could have, yes. (ie, Microsoft gets tons of money from Government sales which may be steered by democrats, a 'radio' take-over a back door deal. Microsoft MSNBC is only an example: democrats have many of these tax subsisting companies under their wing)

Cumulus broadcasting, owners of WMAL, is in bankruptcy reorganization. .Therefore a hostile bid takeover of one of its assets is impossible.

Asset sale maybe. But nothing has been announced.

Huh??? As a part of the bankruptcy reorganization Cumulus gave up most of its equity to former bond holders. It is just a notification that is required by the FCC of the change in ownership of the firm.

If you think MAL is the only conservative voice in DC, your radio is broken.
