What sort of classes should I go back to school for?

Currently working for fairfax county, and while i'm making a decent living and feel good about the work I do, I'm bored and I'm not really learning anything. I'm thinking about take some classes at Nova or maybe Mason, though I'm not sure what I should take. What would be useful in this market? IT, Stats and accounting come to mind, but again, not 100% sure what would be useful and what would be considered just fluff.
