Derek Kent Rose is currently locked up in the Prince William - Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center awaiting his hearing on charges of driving without a license and failing to register as a sex offender (for the second time).

A second offense of failing to register as a sex offender in Virginia is a Class 6 felony.

The relevant court cases in the Prince William General District Court are GT14066802-00 and GC14015976-00.

He was released on bail. Yet another dumb female out there supporting him and not wanting to see him for the scum he is.

The woman that bailed him out is a complete idiot. She let her entire family be torn apart for that loser. Definitely the same guy. He's now residing in Bristow unfortunately...

At least he is back behind bars at Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Glad to see his probation officer finally violated his probation. Now let's hope something good comes of it and he is on a vacation for some time. I am not sure why he got transferred to Rappahannock though.

I can't believe this dumb girl is paying for him to have an attorney as well. Even if someone doesn't want to hear other people's truths about Derek, court records don't lie. Just seeing the charges he has pled GUILTY to should be enough for anyone to run in the opposite direction.

And the hits keep coming! There is now an additional "Good Behavior: Violation on Felony Offense". This is for his 2009 conviction in King George for Grand Larceny. Case # CR09000151-00. It looks like 3.5 years of the original 5 year sentence was suspended. Let's cross our fingers that this violation puts him away for at least 3.5 years! You can look it up at the King George County Circuit Court. The probation violation is now Case # CR09000151-01.

Upon further review, his probation is being violated in Fredericksburg as well. Case # CR09000355, CR09000093, CR09000094. All together he has 21 years and 10 months suspended. Would be great to see him locked up for the duration of his original sentence.

One of his many "girlfriends" was also charged with a misdemeanor for allowing him to drive with no license. She is as pathetic as he is. Her (Tara Lee Lavender aka Tara McNally) case # GT15005627-00.

His soonest court date is 3/27 in Fredericksburg for probation violation. Hopefully the 5/7 court date in PWC won't even matter.

As usual, Virginia disappoints and suspends most of his time. He will be out in no time to seek more victims unless King George or PWC actually give him time. Next court date is King George 4/22.

I saw that all but 4 months was suspended. Unbelievable! What is he going to have to do to get some time that sticks? He's a menace that should not be allowed to roam free and do as he pleases. The justice system is a joke and his crimes are only getting worse.

There has been so much drama on that side of the neighborhood over the past couple years, I think most would wish they would pack up and move.

I stand corrected; this charge is for violation of code 18.2-67.2(A)(2) which is Object Sexual Penetration by Force or Helpless. This is different from the 2014 Fairfax case as those pertained to codes 18.2-51 (Malicious Bodily Injury) and 18.2-61 (Rape by Force/Threat).

Please lock him up for good and throw away the key.

Not in Fredericksburg, Prince William or King George Circuit Courts. Fairfax Circuit Court records are hidden behind a pay wall.

He had two charges, malicious bodily injury and rape by force/threat, nolle prossed in Fairfax County General District Court.

His hearings on September 3 in Prince William General District Court were continued (again) to November 5.

How could he be found guilty but his hearings are continuing. What about charges for not filing as a sex offender twice? What was the verdict?
